My Day

Today was an average day....
Except for the fact that I was walking home from college and got pulled over by a cop!! Apparently he thought I was an escapee from high school. High school in Texas sure sounds a lot like prison if you get pulled over for leaving... It was okay though. He had to make sure I wasn't lying and then let me on my way. Other than that today was good. Got a bunch of blisters from walking ten miles, but it was worth it considering it allowed me to get to class and back, and then to Walmart and back. Man, I really need my license.

Rain

Well... I'm extremely bored, and sick on top of that which doesn't help anything. It is raining and the wind is blowing like crazy and I just want to curl up with a book and read all day... Maybe I will. I'm really worried because my family is having a medical emergency and so I hope everything goes well with that. Pray for our family, if you would like. It would be much appreciated.

Hi guys. So my mom left to Colorado for a family emergency. I'm a little nervous, but I think everything will be okay. In other news, I've decided I need to write and post more, especially on the topic of travel. I travel all the time but always forget to photograph it which is so... annoying. So I will try harder to remember to do that.



Also I love this picture I took on the way to Colorado the last time. It is probably one of my favorite pictures I've ever taken to be honest.

Saga of Purple Hair

So this is how my hair turned out after I left purple shampoo on it for way too long. I like it a lot, it is sort of a gray ombre. But note to all blondes, seriously, don't leave purple conditioner on your hair unless you want purple hair. I like how the purple goes into a more magenta color.

Life Is Beautiful 2015

Throwback to Life Is Beautiful 2015. Vegas is so amazing. I only have good memories there. I hope to go to LIB again this year. I also hope to attend UNLV, or University of Nevada, Las Vegas. UNLV is my dream school as of right now. I have friends there and vegas is so beautiful and there is SO much to do. Also, it is located in downtown Vegas which I adore! I love everything about Vegas. I truly hope to be able to go there after a few more semesters at community college. Anyway, back to LIB. They had artists come in and paint murals all over, and this was one of my favorites. I just thought it was so powerful and truly beautiful. You can get a lot out of such a simple painting.

Does anyone happen to know the chords to play Second Chances by Imagine Dragons? I can't find them anywhere!! I want to play it on piano, and I've only found guitar tabs. Please help!

Wow. Some people have the most amazing blogs. One of my favorites, Honestly, WTF ,  is the first blog I ever started reading. They are why I am trying to blog now. Someday I hope to have a beautiful and wonderful blog like theirs. I love their DIYs and all the colors in their posts. That is what I hope to have, someday.

Purple Hair

Behold, My purple hair. It is shorter now, because I cut it off, but it is still about this color. I decided just to embrace it because I don't have a job, and it suits me so may as well.

Unicorn Hair

I was blonde. And then I put in a purple conditioner for a few hours, just to deep condition... Well, now I have purple hair. So. A warning to all of you fellow blondes, do not- I repeat, DO NOT put purple conditioner on as a deep conditioner... Unless you want weirdly ashy/purple hair. This is my third time with purple hair, but the previous two have been on purpose. This was by complete accident. Oh well, it is kind of cool I guess. I'm just going to live with it for now since I'm trying to grow my hair out anyway.

Blog Fail

I'm trying so hard to figure out how to run and set up a blog. Right now I seem to have... Three different blogs? All in all, it just is not working out. That is okay though. The best things take time, and usually test your patience. I guess I just need to keep at it and eventually I will get there and be a somewhat successful blogger (hopefully), which is part of the reason why I am starting now.

College

Hi!

As most of you know, I started college at my local community college. I am only taking four classes, but it has been really fun so far. It has been a little stressful and challenging at times, but overall I am liking it. To be honest, I can't wait to get out of community college and go to a four year university... I really want to go to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Hopefully after this semester and then one or two more I will be able to. In other news, I go to Mexico again here in a few weeks. This will be my families first cruise and I cannot wait!!

Update: Wordpress Vs. Blogger

Hi guys.
I'm back. I liked using Wordpress, and then I started college and forgot about my blog completely. I liked wordpress a lot, but I found I was pressured into upgrading, which is $100 for the cheapest plan, per year. I don't exactly want to spend that kind of money on a blog... So I guess I like blogger more, because it is completely free.
