November's End

Happy Thanksgiving to those of you in the US! I spent my thanksgiving with immediate family only, which was nice because even though I live with them, I feel like I don't really see them. I went on a walk early in the morning, with my camera, which I have on hand all the time now. Looking through this shoot, I realized everything is very orange. The trees, and sun, that is.
I'm really into shadows and the sun peeking through natural things right now, such as trees... That is just what is inspiring to me. I love my walks and lately they have really become a good chance for me to develop my photography, which is great!

This is my favorite of them all (above)
As always, thank you for reading and viewing!! Like, comment, share, etc!

Imagine Dragons pt 1

Imagine Dragons. Anyone who knows me knows that they are above all my favorite band ever. I mean I love about a billion more bands too, but Imagine Dragons will forever be my favorite. For those of you who don't know me, the reason I love them so much is because my best friends are the manager, Mac Reynolds, and his wife, Julie. They are my favorite people on the planet. Because of them, I have met the band a few times, and they are hands down the nicest people I have ever met. They are very, very humble.
I have gotten so many privileges and opportunities through "my boys" and friends, that half of them are so big that I'm legally not allowed to talk about them. I love this band with all my heart and will forever be a diehard Firebreather, aka and huge Dragons fan. Mac and Julie, if you happen to be reading this, I love you guys and my heart goes out to you and the kids. Stay safe. XOXO
Megan

Sick day

I'm sick today but that is alright, that just gives me time to edit and get inspired to take new photos as soon as I get better.
I currently have an unhealthy obsession with Docs, I want Docs in every color and style!!!

Wanderer

Today involved wandering around with my new tripod, testing out and practicing my photography skills. I woke up at six am to take the shot seen above, as the sun rose here over Burleson. We got a new Christmas tree which is really exciting, so we will put that up soon which means more pictures to come. I asked for a new camera, a nicer one, for Christmas. Mine is a Canon PowerShot a2500. It is not bad at all, it is actually quite nice, seeing as how I got it for $70. Even if I get a new camera, I will probably continue to practice and play around with my PowerShot, until I have it down and am a pro! I'm working on trying to make my blog posts more hearty and meaningful... It's not working out too well currently but I can only get better from here.
I found these cute little berries and this abandoned tire in the middle of the woods, which seemed a little odd so I took a picture of them both.

Texas is beautiful but I miss the snow and my Colorado friends. hopefully moving up to Idaho for school soon will help and hopefully I will make new and more friends...

That's all folks!

Throwback to Indiana

Throwback to Indiana with my mom. We went to this really cool festival, at an old fort. We flew there and then we drove back to Colorado in the truck. It was really fun to see my grandparents farm, and to spend the time with my mom.

The outside of the fort itself.
 Photos from inside the fort.

Introduction

Let me introduce myself.
